Yesterday, I went to the gym during my lunch hour.  I do this as often as I can because there are less people there and I am more inclined to do some of the weights. 

I did some weight machines yesterday and let me tell you…..my chest muscles are VERY weak.  To the point that I was doing 15 lbs. max and I am sore today.  Yes, I am working on that!

I need to get use to doing more of the machines thought.  I tend to use the ones for the upper body only.

What machines do you use when at the gym?   Do you have a favorite?
